Writer's Block: Novel Ideas

Obnoxious, unapologetic geek Zelda and her friend the sensitive, gay artist Pascal are extremely close, high school friends, who've known each other most of their concious years and hardly do anything without eachother.


That's about it. I've been working on the damn thing for a year and I still can't think of a plot. XP

Are very deeply-developed characters enough to drive a novel? I don't know. Maybe I just shouldn't worry about the beginning, middle and end yet. *sighs*

A novel with interesting, deeply-developed characters and no plot is in a much better place than a well-plotted novel about flat, boring characters. My two cents, anyway.
